Placing an Order
When you are finished shopping, click 'checkout' to place your order. All the items in your shopping bag will appear in the checkout window where you will be asked to fill in the following information:

• Billing Address & Shipping Address

• E-mail - this field is required in case there is a question regarding your order that needs to be confirmed. In addition, your order confirmation will be e-mailed to this address. Privacy Policy

• Shipping method (click here for shipping information)

• Gift wrap option

• Gift message

• Your credit card type, number, expiration date and security code

• Promotional Coupon

Wish List
If you see items you wish to purchase at a later date or would like to receive as a gift, simply place the items on your wish list. This information will be saved in your VIP Account as long as you are a member and you can share it with whomever you wish without giving access to your personal information. *This option is available to VIP Members only.

If you are not a VIP member and click to add an item to your wishlist, you will be asked to join our FREE VIP Club. Simply fill out our three step membership form. Upon completion of your membership, a button will appear promting you to add your original item to your new VIP account.

Express Checkout
Join the VIP Club and experience online shopping that is quick and easy! We'll securely store your billing, shipping and credit card information so you won't have to type them in next time you visit us.

Placing an Order by Phone
If you feel more comfortable or have questions regarding your purchase options you can also give us a call toll free (800.216.3620) and we’ll take your order over the phone. Should you reach our voicemail during business hours, our customer services representatives may be helping other customers. Multiple Shipping Addresses
We can only ship to one address at a time. If you are shipping to multiple recipients, you will need to place a separate order for each.

Gift Wrapping
kamasutra.com offers gift wrapping for an additional $4.95 per gift box. The quantity of gift boxes is determined by the size of the items purchased, and you will be notified during checkout of the number of gift boxes needed to fulfill your order. Products are gift wrapped in Kama Sutra signature colors of a black box with a gold satin ribbon. *Ribbon color may change during holiday seasons.
