Check Your Order Status
1. You can click on the check order status link in your completed order confirmation or type in your unique order number below to check the status of your order.
2. If your shippment was sent via UPS and you've received your shipment email confirmation, you can check your shipments progress from the www.ups.com or by clicking on the link in on our order staus page or your shippment confirmation e-mail.
Order Confirmation
When you have completed your order, you will receive 2 e-mail confirmations from us to the valid e-mail address you provide.
1. Confirmation that your order has been received and is being processed.
2. Confirmation that your order has shipped from our warehouse. If we are shipping your order via UPS (not USPS) you will also be able to track the status of your order from the UPS tracking # provided in the e-mail confirmation.
Backorders
Occasionally, the overwhelming demand for a specific item will cause us to run out. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and you will have the option to backorder or cancel this item or exchange it for something else. Should you choose to backorder an item, you will not be charged until the item ships from our warehouse. Most backorders are fulfilled within approximately 1-2 weeks. |
