What is your U.S. return policy?
Should you purchase an item from kamasutra.com and be dissatisfied, we will gladly accept returns if received within 60 days of original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, items must be received - unopened and unused - by Kama Sutra within 30 days of the original purchase date. If an item is returned after 30 days of original purchase date, but not more than 60 days or has been opened, a return will be administered in the form of equal exchange only. What is your International Return Policy?
All International sales are final. Should the product you purchase be defective or faulty, please contact International Checkout, www.internationalcheckout.com for their return procedure.

There are no instructions... how do I use this product?
For specific product information be sure to check the product page for "How To" instructions. In addition, Kama Sutra gives our customers informational hints both in and on the packaging regarding the qualities each product possesses - i.e. is it warming, kissable etc., as well as the different therapeutic qualities. How you use the product is left to your own discretion and imagination, and is dictated by whatever each individual feels comfortable with. However, if you are still unsure, we are happy to help. Do you conduct animal testing in your research?
Kama Sutra's product line has been achieved with absolutely no animal testing.

Which products can I use as a lubricant?
Love Liquid, a water-based lubricant, and Pleasure Potion silicone lubricant have been specially designed for this purpose. Both provide the utmost pleasure in texture and consistency. *Note: the Aromatic Massage Oil collection is NOT recommended for use as a lubricant.

Which products can be safely used with a condom?
Both of our sensual lubricants, Love Liquid and Pleasure Potion, all eight flavors of the Oil of Love, and our Stimulating Pleasure Balms can be safely used with condoms.

What does the Pleasure Balm do?
Kama Sutra offers two types of Pleasure Balm. Desensitizing Pleasure Balm (Original Mint flavor) is made especially with men in mind. This unique formulation has a gentle numbing agent that when applied to a man's genitals can help to prolong performance and extend pleasure. On the other hand, Stimulating Pleasure Balms were designed with men and women in mind. When applied to sensitive areas of the body, these kissably flavored gels provide a tingling and stimulating sensation. For both formulations, we recommend starting with a small portion and applying more as desired.

Will any of your products make me break out in a rash?
Kama Sutra products have been designed to use on sensitive areas of the body and are dermatologist tested and approved. However, as with all new products, if there is concern it is important to read the ingredients carefully before using. Whenever introducing a new product to what might be a sensitive area, we always recommend trying a little before indulging a lot.

What is the base for the starch in the Lover's Paintbox?
Corn.

Do the Oils of Love contain Gluten?
All of the Oils of Love are Gluten-free except The Original.

I ordered the wrong flavor; how do I return the product for an exchange?
